of cash generated by our operational activities, sales
to customers, divestments, debt and equity financing,
which are key to maintaining and transforming the
business and rewarding stakeholders.
HUMAN CAPITAL (HC): Sasol’s diverse, highperforming and innovative employees have the
appropriate skills and experience to support its valuesdriven culture. This supports value preservation and
creation.
NATURAL CAPITAL (NC): The direct use of renewable
and non-renewable resources, which are fundamental to
the business as Sasol converts natural resources into
value-adding product streams.

assets – including property, plants, equipment, and
digital assets – are core enablers of the production and
